Running is an awesome way to get and keep in shape. I ran my first 5K this year and have ran four since. Here are 10 reasons to get started now:

  2. SAVE SOME CASH.
  3. SLIP INTO SKINNY JEANS.
  4. IMPROVE SELF-ESTEEM.
  5. BUILD STRONGER BONES.
  6. DO IT YEAR ROUND.
  7. INCREASE STAMINA.
  8. LIVE LONGER.
  9. GET A  NATURAL GLOW.
  10. TURN DOWN THE BLOOD PRESSURE.

Now get out there…hit the trail, hit the track, hit the streets. Get moving and get healthy.
