This is a great way to tweak your oatmeal and power pack it for the day.
- 1/2 cup Instant Oatmeal
- 1/2 scoop of Protein Powder (serving of about 70 calories)
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 tbls Agave Nectar
- 1/4 cup of Almond Coconut Milk
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- 1 Banana
- Prepare oatmeal according to package.
- After removing it from heat. Stir in Protein Powder, pecans, cinnamon, Agave and Almond milk.
- Slice the banana and stir in placing a few on top.
- Pour in a bowl and eat.
